BURIAL SERVICE PACKAGES

These packages include the services, merchandise and cash advance items most often selected by the families we serve. These Burial Service Packages represent a savings over selecting each item from our General Price List. Additional services of staff, use of our facilities, merchandise and cash advance items may be added. No deductions are allowed. A General Price List is available upon request.

A. CEREMONY WITH REMAINS PRESENT IN OUR SERVICE ROOM, YOUR CHURCH OR A PLACE OF YOUR CHOICE

Includes all the services of our staff, facilities and equipment for a ceremony with the body present, initial transportation of the deceased (within a 25 mile radius), embalming and dressing of the remains, use of viewing facilities for 1 day or portion thereof, use of hearse, 100 service folders**, a memorial register book, 50 acknowledgement cards, 15-photo video, Oregon State filing fee, and 1 certified copy of the death certificate. Reception not included.

B. GRAVESIDE SERVICE WITH VISITATION PRIOR TO CEREMONY

Includes all the items and services in Package A, except video, discounted for graveside ceremony only.

C. IMMEDIATE BURIAL WITH GRAVESIDE SERVICE
(This package is for families who do not desire to view the deceased)

Includes basic services of staff, facilities and equipment for a graveside ceremony, initial transportation of the deceased (within a 25 mile radius), sheltering of the remains until the day of the service (up to 3 days), use of hearse, 100 service folders**, a memorial register book, 50 acknowledgement cards, Oregon State filing fee and 1 certified copy of the death certificate.

D. IMMEDIATE BURIAL
(Burial, without any viewing/visitation by anyone, and without any ceremony with staff involved.)

Includes basic services of the staff, facilities and equipment, initial transportation of the deceased (within a 25 mile radius), sheltering of the remains, transportation of the casket to the cemetery in the van, Oregon State filing fee and 1 certified copy of the death certificate.

These packages do not include the following:

Cemetery charges (grave space, opening & closing of the grave or an outside burial container), additional certified copies of the death certificate, honorariums, flowers, reception, autopsy restoration, medical examiner fees or other items that the family may request or may be necessary. (We will advise you of any requirements).

* For deaths occurring in Clark County, Washington, please add $25.00 for courier fees. **$50 more for Café Shimmer service folders
