PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:
Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff and Overhead:
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to
the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This
fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations,
immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.

Embalming:
Except
in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.
Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral
arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not
want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement
that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation
or immediate burial.

Cremation:
This charge includes minimum service of funeral director and
staff, transfer of remains to funeral home, cremation process,
cardboard cremation container.
A direct cremation is disposition of human remains by cremation
without formal viewing, visitation or ceremony with the body
present.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative
container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be
made of material like fiberboard or composition materials (with
or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are
cardboard. The purchaser may provide their own alternative container
or casket. |

Simple Burial:
This charge includes minimum service of funeral director and
staff, transfer of remains to funeral home, transport of casketed
remains to cemetery (within 25 mile radius in a utility vehicle)
and a Sherman (Cloth covered wood) casket. This fee does not
include preparation of the remains, dressing of remains or
use of facilities for viewing. This fee does not include a
graveside service or gathering of any kind.
An simple burial is disposition of human remains by burial
without formal viewing, visitation or ceremony with the body
present except for a graveside service.

To Our
Families:
The staff of Omega Funeral and Cremation Service would like
to thank you for allowing us to serve you. As stated on the
General Price List, payment for services is needed in full
at the time services are rendered.
Although Omega Funeral and Cremation Service is unable to extend credit for arrangements at the time of need, we do offer financing through a credit company.
Acceptable

Cash , Check (Returned check fee - $45) and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Omega Funeral & Cremation Service does
not bill estates.
